We understand that travelling into central Bath is unpredictable, however we urge you to aim to arrive in plenty of time for your appointments. Arriving late causes other patients to be kept waiting, disrupts the running of the clinic and puts the staff under extra pressure.  If you arrive late, we cannot guarantee you will be seen and it may be necessary to make another appointment which may not be for several weeks.
