Lingual orthodontics uses brackets fixed to the backs of the teeth, making them virtually invisible. Speech can be slightly affected although less so as the appliances are improving in design and techniques. |
Alternative invisible braces are clear aligners such as Invisalign™ or ClearStep™. |
